Today I come to talk to you about something very important to confront the problems and circumstances of life. The power of resilience. Resilience means having the ability to face any circumstance that comes in life in the following way:
1. Gratitude means being able to be grateful for the good but also for the bad. Because when a challenge comes into your life, you have to see it as a learning experience or a lesson that came to test your tenacity in the face of adversity.
2. Be prepared, be strong physically and mentally, have a healthy diet, exercise continuously, practice constant meditation and finally have your mind trained (not getting carried away by negative thoughts, but focusing on good things and again, in pure gratitude).
3. Be certain that it is only a moment in life, everything bad that we may be facing will have an end. And if what you are facing is a terminal illness such as cancer or an illness that is going to end your life, be certain that God has given you this last battle so that you can face it with humility, serenity, compassion and a lot of love. You can be sure that this pain is only earthly, accept it with compassion that the light at the end of the tunnel is simply wonderful.
Again, it's easy to be grateful for the good, but true resilience is shown when you are grateful for the bad, face it with a smile, and are even kind to others as you face that challenge.
In conclusion, in the face of adversity and any circumstance: let's stay calm, be grateful, kind, live happily, strive to be kind to others, and this way you will achieve resilience.
