Why do I do this?

I was there too, I used to be ashamed of being myself and wasn’t sure what to do with my life. I wasn’t even sure what to do with my own feelings and energy. I had low self esteem and lack of confidence. During my teenager years I was lost, I didn’t love myself enough to be completely me. Thereby I was constantly imitating others who were successful according to society, or following a new trend or behaviour from TV shows or films, and constantly seeking for external validation. Then I grew up and learned that the only and unique way to be successful is to be completely yourself, but being the best version of your self. We humans, are able to achieve our craziest and greatest dreams, with a developed self esteem, confidence and resilient mindset.

In a life-changing trip to Thailand and other spiritual situations that changed my life, I learned how to train my resilience and my resistance, and keep myself motivated. I learned how to develop a strong mindset that allows me to live in calm and peace, loving myself and others without fear and anxiety, which is for me, the denomination of happiness.

However, I decided that I don’t want to live this way alone, I want more and more people to live in a 100% and overcome their life challenges as well, and make the best of this journey called life. That’s why I decided to share my experience and gift with others, and become a certified Professional Life Coach.

In 2024 I created the Power of Repetition method, which was created after years of living in error and trying new methods, failing and trying again, until I found it. This customized 6-8 weeks program, which I do very affordable to help individuals to satisfy personal and professional life goals, following the same integrated method.

Serving beyond the obstacle

We should be extremely grateful for every single obstacle we face in our lives. Yes, many of them make us hesitate and struggle. Even wanting us to stop chasing our dreams. However, they are here because we need to take some time to breathe, learn and keep moving in another direction. After the obstacle leaves, we will see in the future why was important to never stop.
